Obituary of James Popovich

Popovich- James 44 of Clearwater passed away Thursday April 12, 2007 at Mease Hospital-Dunedin. Born in Union New Jersey, he came here in 1978 from Trenton New Jersey. He was a Lab Assistant for Knight Dental Studio, Inc. He was a member of Clearwater-Largo Free Methodist Church, Bass Federation Club Largo Little League, Pinellas County BMX Racing and the Cub Scouts. He was an avid fisherman and bicyclist who loved working on classic cars and fixing things with his hands. Survivors include his wife of 17 years Yvonne; a son Jon of Bradenton; a daughter Rachel Pruitt of Clearwater; a brother John of Plainfield New Jersey and three grandchildren, Nicholas, Jewliua and Trevor. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, Central Avenue Chapel, St. Petersburg is serving the family. Friends will be received at David C. Gross Funeral Home on Monday, April 16, 2007 from 6-8PM, where funeral services will be at 3PM on Tuesday April 17th. Cremation will follow. Service Information
