Obituary of Rose Morris

MORRIS - Rose, 82, of St. Petersburg, passed away at her residence Sunday, March 11, 2007 under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. Born in New York City, she came to Florida in 1975 from North Arlington, New Jersey. She was a homemaker and Pentecostal. During the Vietnam War, she prepared and shipped homemade pizzas to her son, Daniel while he served in Vietnam. Survivors include her son, Ronald; four grandchildren; Daniel Morris, Doreen Morris, Tristan Morris and Zachary Morris and two great-grandchildren, Jeffrey and Briana D'Alvia, all of St. Petersburg. Mrs. Morris is predeceased by her husband, Earl, and son, Daniel. Funeral services for Mrs. Morris will be 11 AM Thursday, March 15, 2007 at DAVID C. GROSS CENTRAL AVENUE CHAPEL with Rev. C. Curtis Hess officiating. Interment will follow at Royal Palm Cemetery, 101 55th Street South, St. Petersburg. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10AM through service time. David C.
