Rob was like an uncle to me since i’m not close with most of my family. I love him so dearly and will miss him randomly showing up at my house. But if anyone has heard of the Pennies From Heaven thing (loved ones who passed on sending pennies from heaven to tell us they’re still there when we find random pennies around) whenever random pennies show up I think of it as Rob randomly stopping by like he always did just to tell me he’s still here. I miss him so so much every day.

Rob is a perfect example of what a true friend is. Mona and I have always cherished our time with him on a personal and professional level. You will be so deeply missed my friend. Rest in Peace and may your memory be eternal.

Don't even know where to begin, and especially don't know how to say goodbye to one of my dearest friends. I met Rob shortly after moving to Florida in 1982 and we became very close over the years. Funny, fun-loving, generous, give you the shirt off his back guy. You will always be remembered fondly, so many memories! New York City, Vegas, Burbank...gosh, did we have fun together! My heart is broken but I know you are back to your old self now, at peace, with God. I love you and miss you, Rob. Always will.

Always in my heart full of warm memories. Life will not be the same without you. I am still in shock that you are gone from this earth forever. May you rest in peace in God's loving arms. I miss you my friend. XOXOXO

“Friendship is Unnecessary, like philosophy, like art…. It has no survival value. Rather it is one of those things that give value to survival”. But at the end of the day it is something that is impossible to describe. Friendship is deep and powerful and amazing, but it is really hard to explain why.... Rob was this "Friend" for me. If you have a close friend you just know what I mean. No surprise that when you have a close friend die, like when a family member dies, we don’t “get over it”. We learn to live with it. Life will be forever different, it may get easier but it will always be with us. I truly lost my Best Friend of 39 years and am heartbroken. My Thoughts and Prayers go out to all of Rob's Friends and Family. He will be forever in mine and my families hearts and memories.
Love you BRO

Our hearts are broken. I can’t believe our Cousin Rob is gone. We will miss him greatly. He was so full of life and very generous. He fought hard and never complained. He had hope until the very end. Love You Rob.
