Obituary of Craig Devonshire

Craig Devonshire, 39, of Saint Petersburg passed away peacefully at Bayfront Health St.
Petersburg on Sunday, October 9, 2022 after a yearlong battle with a brain injury. He was born
December 9, 1982 in Georgia to Craig Devonshire Sr. and Delores Devonshire.

Craig is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife Angela, children Julie
Devonshire, AJ William and Toni William, mother Delores, siblings Katrina Boyd, Latricia
Devonshire, Corey Devonshire, Kalvin Devonshire, Harvtra Williams and cousins.

On October 24, 2021, Craig married the love of his life, Angela Devonshire (Banno). Craig loved
life, enjoyed singing at his church and was a man of faith. He also enjoyed working in the
kitchen for local restaurant, Stella’s. Craig was adored by his coworkers and known best for his
outstanding work ethic and willingness to help others. “Less talk, more work” was always Craig’s
motto. His laugh would brighten the restaurant and he would secretly dance in the kitchen when
he thought no one was watching. Craig’s legacy will live on forever through his selfless gift of
organ donation.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022 at David C. Gross Funeral Homes with
a viewing held from 1 to 3pm and prayer service by Pastor Blake to follow at 3pm. In lieu of
flowers, donations can be made to Life Link Legacy Fund in honor of Craig who so graciously
gave the gift of life to others in need.
