Obituary of Renee Ross

Renee’ Iris Ross, 80, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away, after a 12 year battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis on Thursday, July 13, 2023, under Hospice Care. 

She was born in Brooklyn, New York, moved to St. Petersburg, FL from Smithtown, New York, 50 years ago with her husband, Norman, and 2 children to open a business in Gulfport, Florida. Later, she worked for the United States Postal Service. When she retired, she and her husband traveled throughout the United States and Canada in their RV. 

Renee’ leaves behind her husband, Norman, of 61 years, daughter Arlene (Jim), son Steven (Holly), granddaughters Samantha, Jessika, and great granddaughter Ella. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in her memory be given to the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation, Suncoast Hospice or a charity of your choice.
