Lori Bertoline-Kadau

Obituary of Lori Ann Bertoline-Kadau

Lori Ann Bertoline Kadau, just 55,  passed away peacefully next to her husband Curt on Sunday September 3rd, 2023 after a year and a half battle with Colon Cancer.

She was an amazing Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Wife with a passion for so much!

Lori was a Health-Nut from childhood!  She was into going to the gym, eating organic healthy, drinking pure water and juices, apothecary herbs, spices, and teas.  She wasn’t a smoker or drinker and said “No to Drugs”!  She was absolutely indulged in being healthy!

She was deeply spiritual, often times calling herself the good witch, and  loved all metaphysical related modalities. She was interested in tarot & psychic reading , reiki & theta healing, and Chakra Clearing and was extremely clairvoyant.   Yoga, Buddhas, Singing Bowls, Bells, Crystals, Gems, Oms and Chants highlighted her “old soul”.  She was friends with Spirits, Ravens, Crows, Black Cats, and Bats.

Her ability to bring to life what she visioned was incredible.   She was into all the arts; pottery, painting, interior design, candle and jewelry making, sewing, sculpting and wood carving,  and any craft you can think of!

And she loved music; Classical, Jazz, anything but Hard Rock really.  She  was an amazing singer with a mesmerizing voice, especially when singing  Stevie Nicks / Fleetwood Mack songs!

She adored Antique-ing and Boutique-ing! Within the coming months she had plans to open her first metaphysical & antique shop in Dade City.

Her love for unique clothing allowed her to express her free-spirited nature.  She loved loose fitting, whispy, super stylish dresses and tops.

Lori was a giving and loving person and “Life Coach”  and had no enemies in the world.

She loved traveling  England, Europe, Mexico, Bali and being in the Mountains breathing fresh, crisp air.

Lori was ENERGY and inspired so many to be their best.  She believed “words become things” and spoke in only a powerfully positive way because of it.

She will be missed by her three children Justin, Kayla and Joey, five grandchildren, Skylar, Charlie, Maverick, and Anna, and one to be born in the coming months.  Brother Fred, sister Cheryl, husband Curt, Curt’s children Austin and Allie, other family members, all friends, and of course, anyone that knew her for even just a moment!  And her Pure-Bred Standard Poodle Picasso will miss her too of course.

She was pre-deceased by her parents Alfred Peter and Elizabeth (Betty) Bertoline.  Lori will be buried with her parents at a later date in the Smokey Mountains at our NC property.

IMPORTANT: Lori’s Celebration of Life and Ceremony will be held at her and her husband’s Tierra Verde residence (463 3rd Avenue North) on Saturday September 23rd, at 1:00 P.M and is open to all that would like to attend.
